After updating my Creative Cloud billing info, I can't open any of my applications

I lost the credit card that was on my Creative Cloud account. Tried to fire up Photoshop and was prompted with the screen to update my billing info. Updated my billing info and was told everything was okay. Fired up Photoshop again and when I click the "Try Again" button I get a new screen which reads "Thank You" and has a "Continue" button on the bottom to open Photoshop, the app relaunches and then goes back to the screen telling me I need to update my billing info. And so the circle goes, which makes me locked out of all my CS6 applications.
