Why are certain bills not showing up under order history?

I've been purchased Adobe Creative Cloud since October 2012.And if you go into my account, and go to order history, it only shows the bill for the month of October 2012. November 2012 and December 2012 are missing. And I need those bills for tax purposes (to claim it as a work expense). So I got on live chat with adobe about 2-3 days ago to tell them this. He couldn't figure out why it wasn't there, and told me he couldn't do anything for me at the moment and that I would receive an email in 2-3 days that would tell me how to solve the problem. I said below you leave the chat, can you please give me a case number. He said the minute he leaves the chat, a case number will appear. So he left the chat, and NO CASE NUMBER showed up. So I'm really frustrated that the live chat didn't help me out, he lied to me about giving me a case number, and that the issue still isn't resolved.

 

This is the second time I've tried to resolve an issue with Adobe via live chat, and I was always feel like the rep NEVER listens to what I have to say. They are always asking me questions that I already stated in my case. If they would have listened the first time, I wouldn't have to repeat myself a million times. It's ALWAYS a frustrating experience just to get stuff to work on my adobe creative cloud account online.

 

Why are my monthly orders for creative cloud not showing up under "my recent orders"?  Why is this such a hard thing for adobe to fix? Or to get back to me about (and then fix)?
