I have the same problem on my PC. Everymonth I lose Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop and Bridge. (The subscription on my Mac works OK...)
Are you suggesting that I should un-install and re-install all the above every month?
Before I got cut off from tech support, they told me that there's an Adobe folder somewhere on my PC that has to be set to "Read and Write" so that it knows the subscription has been updated. After many hours waiting, I haven't been able to get back to support to find out where that filder (or file) is...
Like shadowline, I'm heamoraging billable hours while I try to sort this out...
