Is there a way to have our student Spark account information email to be resent? When I set up our Spark for K-12 accounts, the system sent an email to student users. This happened before school started as it was an auto-send, so many of the students deleted it not know what it was. We'd like to get started with our Spark accounts, but need that email to go out again so users can use it to get their accounts started.

Adobe CC constantly logs me off
At work I use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (v 2018.0120058) and I have Acrobat CC installed in Win7 computer. Everyday I turn on my computer I notice the Adobe CC icon is grayed out and Acrobat shows "Sign In" on the top right hand corner. I login in both apps but after turning the computer off and on the next, it has logged me out again. I can use acrobat and I don't get any validation error or anything. But when I willingly login into the apps the message says that it will now be licensed to me, as if I had not done it before. Any idea what causes it log out?
I do use Acrobat CC with other apps with a different account in my persona computer running Win10 and it never logs me out, it's just the Win7 one.

Question regarding buying Creative Cloud if I already have Photoshop
I want to buy the student offer for the Creative Cloud ($19.99 a month) but I already own Photoshop so my question is will I have to cancel my Photoshop subscription before I buy Creative Cloud or will it be canceled when I purchase CC?

Adobe creative cloud software trials despite full account
adobe creative cloud is saying i need to buy programs to use them even though i have a school supplied full account thats not supposed to expire till 2019. when i open the apps after they install it says validating software license then closes, opens and repeats the process. anyone know whats going on? i need to use premiere for an assignment and this really doesn't help me

Need Alternatives for PS, Premier Pro, Acrobat and AE
I have been using Adobe products for about 20 years. But with this new subscription based model I may move on. I mean really, to get these 4 apps I have to pay the full subscription price (more expensive to subscribe to the 4 separate apps than the full suite of apps)... close to $1000 Cdn a year. I don't need updates, no need to share files... so paying $1000 per year is just insane.
I have to wonder how many loyal users Adobe will lose in the following years due to this subscription garbage.
So my question is this... is anyone aware of good alternatives available for the above noted apps that can be purchased outright at a reasonable cost.
And if Adobe staff see this post... take it to your personal economic heart that you are likely going to lose a very long time customer, very soon if one cannot buy your software outright.

Adobe Creative Cloud + Lightroom Mobile Issue
Hello,
I can't seem to find a solution for what I need to do. So here's the problem.
1. I import using Lightroom Classic CC + sync on to Lightroom CC.
2. After import and sync, I go to my Adobe Creative Cloud and I can see all my photos in the Assets under "LR Photos".
3. I can view them on my phone from Adobe Creative Cloud BUT, how can I view them from my Lightroom CC Mobile?
I can import them one by one from Creative Cloud to Lightroom mobile but that is stupid and it takes forever! I want it to sync to my
Lightroom Mobile by catalog, album or whatever is synced to my cloud. Please help.

I didn't quite get that if I buy a yearly (??) Lightroom CC contract (the cheapest one) with a monthly payment, can I just pay for a one month and then cancel, or do I have to pay the whole year period every month until the year has passed?

Why can't i subscribe from Croatia?
Dear Adobe,
This is really ridiculous and disrespecting towards us.
You are selling a product based on CLOUD, it is called Creative Cloud. You have subscription models for 53$/month for the whole package and 20$/month for single program.
But in Croatia we can not subscribe directly. Yes, in a subscription based model we CAN NOT subscribe online. We need to go to the stores where the same collections costs around 1250$/year. Now tell me, how is it fair that we need to pay DOUBLE the price, WITHOUT the option of online monthly subscription which is 600$/year? How is that fair? Why are your treating us like that?
And do not redirect me to the sales department or some other outsourced department of yours. I demand answers here! In front of everyone, in front of nationalities where you treat people differently and discriminate them with your actions! I demand the answer on why you're not allowing us to subscribe normally as others can, why is the price for our country so high and WHEN and IF this is going to change? And no, i won't call you on phone because i did that quite a few times already, but on the other side is always some outsourced person who doesn't have any idea what's happening with your service and why!

Move multiple assets from one library to another
Hi!
Is there a way to move multiple assets from a library to another library?
It appears that in app libraries and the online content area require that you move them individually.
This is not about moving CC Files. It's the library assets. It is a similar problem though.
Any help is appreciated. If it's not yet a feature I'd like to request it.

Cancelling yearly paid Creative Cloud subscription
I have 1 month left of my subscription which has already been paid for as I paid for my subscription in one big yearly fee.
If I cancel it now just to make sure it doesn't renew for next year, will I still be able to use everything as normal up until in a months time when my subscription ends?

Align and Export
I am working on a time lapse taking photos every day on a specific location for the next 30 days. Although I am doing my best to center the photos always in the same obviously the various photos will need to be aligned. I will create the final time lapse with a specific software however I still would like to align all the photos to the first with Photoshop. Is there a way to do the alignment and then export back every single aligned photos?

SPARK QUESTION: Can I add a music player/playlist to a newsletter project?
Hi everyone,
My company has a monthly newsletter that we all contribute content to. For next month's issue, a coworker and I had the idea to include a Halloween playlist. Is it possible to add a music player to a Spark project? Like actually having the playlist within the newsletter and not just a button with a link to say Spotify for example.
