Don't previous subscribers who re-subscribe get a discount??

I used to have a subscription with Adobe Premiere Pro and would pay every month quite a large fee. I cancelled my subscription since I wasn't using it at the time.

 

I heard that old users can re-subscribe for only 10$ a month? I would like to find that option but I cant!

 

 

Does anyone else know about this?

Sign in required nearly every day

New HP I7 laptop, Windows 10 w/all updates. All CC apps up to date. CC ask me to sign in almost every day.

This is nuts, almost every day I have to re-sign in to CC.

My wife has the same issue with her CC.

Subscriptions are up to date, Adobe has no problem deducting from my PP account every month without me having to sign in, how about they figure out how to keep me signed into my apps!

Seriously fix your bugs!

i can not do the step 4 if the fields are not correct, the bank will rejects the purchase, I am from chile but my friend who lend me his credit card is from mexico,

I tried to get in contact by phone with the support but it seems that i needed to prefix some numbers before to call.

Wow--I can't believe it's impossible to find the price of Adobe Media Encoder anywhere on your website!  I already have the Photography membership to CC; I want to add AME but I can't find the price.  Do I have to upgrade to $50 a month?  $20?

 

Before I buy it--or sign up for more CC--what I really need to know is what the new version will do for me.  I have the CS6 version, and it works fine for the occasional 3-minute rock video I post on YouTube.  Will CC 2015 make it look better?  The old version is fast enough; I'm just wondering if I should upgrade for quality reasons.

Sign In Loop

Hi guys,

 

I recently ran into scratch disk errors due to lack of space. I cleaned out my temp files and now I have a sign in loop when trying to open any applications. I have updated all my applications. I have also uninstalled and re-installed adobe cloud. I checked my internet configuration. No luck. What should I be looking for?

After installing the Creative Cloud app, I opened it for the first time. It shows the screen which allows me to log in to my Adobe account. However, every time I log in, it says:

 

'Unable to reach Adobe servers. Please check your firewall settings, ensure that the time settings on your computer are correct, and try again'.

 

Here is some information that may help you help me:

My System:

ASUS X555LJ

12.0GB RAM, i5-5200U CPU processor @2.20gHz

Windows 10, Version 1803

 

What I've Tried:

- I have tried looking at the firewall settings. Nothing is blocked by the firewall. Strangely, there is nothing to do with 'Adobe' within the Windows Firewall settings.

- I have tried running the Creative Cloud app as an administrator. There is no difference.

- I have tried looking at the Windows updates. Windows is up to date, and all updates so far have been successful.

- I have tried using the 'Limited Access Repair Tool'. It does not change anything.

- I have tried restarting.

- I have looked at all of my network settings, and checked my connection to the Adobe servers using Chrome. According the Adobe website itself, if i click on this image link and it works: https://ims-na1.adobelogin.com/renga-idprovider/resources/img/logos.png , then my device is connected to the Adobe servers.

- There are no other issues with my internet. Any complications related to networking that have occurred to me would probably have nothing to do with connection to Adobe.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!


Monthly invoices via email

Hi All:

 

I would like to receive my monthly invoices via email. Recently, I signed up a friend to Photoshop CC and he is getting an invoice every month by email whereas I am only getting a notification that there is an invoice.

 

Getting the invoice directly to my inbox would help a lot, but I cannot figure out how to configure my account that way. Does anyone know how to do this?

Hello,

 

I was experiencing problems launching my Adobe Apps but Saptam Purkayastha from Technical support kindly helped me resolve the problem through remote access.

 

Before I got to thank them, I ended the remote control access (thinking that I could thank them right after). However it turned out that I had no more contact with this person. I tried looking for a direct Adobe email but could not find one.

 

Please send them my thanks.

I used to use Illustrator and Acrobat Pro DC for work but now I do not need the software no longer. The button that is supposed to appear to cancel subscriptions does not appear.What can I do to cancel it? The suscription is about to renew and I do not want to be charge for something I do not need.

Hi, can anyone help me, my subscription 4 months ago went up from roughly £16.50 to £24.96 for no reason that I know of. I obviously am not happy with the change, so would appreciate any help.

I've had creative cloud for 2 years as a student.  From September I'm no longer able to afford this.  I'm wondering what will happen to all the apps installed on my desktop once that expires? (Lightroom, photoshop, premiere Pro, etc).

 

I was under the impression I'd get to keep them but no longer get software updates or support once I stop subscribing.  Is this the case, or will I just be unable to use any of the apps?  If so this seems incredibly unfair, if I had bought the CDs (like it used to be) I'd get to keep the older versions but no longer have support.

 

Please clarify.

I contacted support to find out if we can receive the bill via email, rather than having to log into the account and print it. I was informed that there is no way. When I asked if it could be added as an enhancement request, he advised me that there was no such thing to leave enhancement requests.

 

Why can't I get the option to receive the bill via email? I need to expense the charges on the company credit card and need receipts for it. The other option would be to be billed via invoice, but that was also not an option.
