My Creative Cloud is logged in the mail from my ex boyfriend, and I can't even enter or leave. How can I log out to enter in my account?

I am having many problems with the CC 2014 application manager update
I have 2 seats. Thus I have CC 2014 installed on four computers. All four are high end desktops with Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit installed, all four with the latest patches. All four also use high end nvidia graphics cards all with the latest drivers.
On all four, when I tried to update the application manager, only the frame of update the window was visible. Then, when I moused over the empty frame, the blue update button became visible, but nothing else. Since the common thread is nvidia drivers, it seems there may be a conflict. But one card is a Quadro FX 5800, another is 2x SLI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285, another is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 2GB, and the fourth is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 3Gb. So all four have different cards.
I went ahead and installed the app mgr update and all the program updates on all four computers. All four had problems, two of them serious.
On one computer, there were problems booting up. The boot up problems went away when I restored to a prior image. I tried several times. The problem persisted. I finally gave up on updating this computer.
This boot up problem then happened on a second computer. I restored to a prior image and the problem went away here as well. I then tried the installs again. This time, the computer booted fine, but I lost the ability to send email. I use Thunderbird and have had no problems sending email ever (for at least the past 8 years). So I again restored to a prior image and the email problem went away. I then tried the installs a third time. Same result. Investigating, I was able to get an alternate outgoing mail server to work (that of my company site). But I never got the Verizon server to work. Incoming? Yes. But no outgoing.
On the third computer, I also had problems booting. But rebooting many times seems to have solved the problem. Unfortunately, Premiere crashes so often I've reverted to CC.
I realize that Adobe puts much work into making their software better. And I depend on it every day. But to be honest, I've just spent several whole days trying to fix broken computers. And my confidence in Adobe is at an all time low.
I so regret not staying with CC.
Getting Files from Adobe Ideas to my computer
I've been working for a few hours on some designs in Ideas and uploaded them to the Cloud to pull on to my computer to bring them into Illustrator....
They don't seem to be showing in my Cloud at all.
I did some looking and it appears Draw has replaced Ideas? But it keeps bringing up an error when I try to 'fetch' my Ideas files to Draw (AdobeNetworkErrorDomain error 6.)
So I guess two questions.
1. Is there anyway to get my Ideas files off the Cloud onto my computer? (Without involving Draw)
2. Is there a way to fix that error? (I'm using an iPad 2, so it might just be outdated...)
I lied, 3 questions
3. If I switch to Draw for future projects will the files open in CS6?

I recently canceled my CS Cloud subscription about 3 weeks ago and went back to using CS6. I was using CS6 Creative Suite without a problem until 2 days ago. Now my CS6 programs (AI, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) won't open. Instead the Adobe Application Manager keeps popping up to renew the subscription, see below insert.
I have chatted with Adobe customer support numerous times but when it comes to transferring me to their technical support, the chat mysteriously becomes unavailable. The only time the transfer went through, I was advised to remove CS6 Creative Suite using Cleaner Tool and reinstall, which I did but my CS6 still does not open and the AAM keeps popping up giving me the same message to renew the subscription. The AI/Photohop icons just keep bouncing up and down without opening while the AAM pops up.
What can I do to stop this annoying AAM from popping up and open my CS6? I just want my CS6 to open up again. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Please help!

Installing CC Desktop 1.8.0.447 corrupts db and app associations
I attended Max 2014 this week and was excited to return to update the Creative Cloud Desktop application and install all of the app updates. The first way I attempted to do this has created hours of frustration and futile tech support calls. I started by clicking the "cloud" menu icon and Install the 1.8.0.447 build.
After installing the APPS tab in the CC Desktop application presents you with a spinning loading wheel and doesn't show you any of the apps that are currently installed. There are several procedures that Adobe and other forum members have listed for previous builds that take you through several suggestions on how to remedy this. Some initial causes like legacy CS5 installs, etc, were not applicable. The first significant move is to navigate to your OOBE folder and remove the opm.db file (as part of these steps App doesn’t open | Progress wheel spins continually)
Upon restart, the APPs panel loads up – with one major exception – all the relationships between the Installed apps and what CC Desktop thinks is installed is gone. Not only does it not properly recognize what is installed but there is apparently no way to re-associate that within the app!
I've come to generally appreciate the CC Desktop app as a centralized way to update all the programs, it's an improvement from the more antiquated AAM updater, which is still accessible from apps via Help > Updates. But I can remember back in the day where you used to have to download an run installers manually one at a time, so I'll take it.
With that said, this current iteration has crashed and burned and the only solution after two conversations with Adobe tech support is "sorry, you'll just have to uninstall and re-install everything". That's NOT acceptable. Some of these apps have gobs of plugins, presets, settings, etc, and I can easily blow a day getting everything up and running again. As it is, I've wasted 6+ hours trying to get to the next step.
My latest attempt involved using a Time machine backup and restoring the following files (after shutting down all CC Desktop apps).

- /Users/<user folder>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/

After doing this, restart, and then I see that my AAM appears in the top system menu bar indicating that there are 16 updates (good), and the CC Desktop icon, when clicked shows there is an update (the version listed above).
As this is the 3rd time I've done this, I call this my branching point – the last two attempts both were followed by the install of the new CC Desktop app, which gets me exactly into the sequence outlined above. Spinning blank apps screen. Then I delete the opm.db file, and we're stuck.
Just for kicks I opened up the AAM app, and it's listing all the updates for the applications. And I still haven't updated the desktop app. I'm nervous to update the apps outside of the cloud application... but I'm considering doing this. Uninstalling the Creative Cloud Desktop application, reinstalling with the new one and wondering if it will pickup on the applications that are currently installed and the versions I'm running.
Am I the only one in this boat or has anyone hacked away at this?

Adobe CC Payment System Unavailable
I have tried to upgrade to CC from my free trial and every time I input my information, I receive a "Payment System Unavailable" message. I tried to contact Adobe through any means I could see, not many, to try and rectify the issue to no avail. I really need these softwares tonight or early tomorrow morning. Anyone know how to get rid of this message?
Trying to download my first App but I get the infinite pinwheel
Help! My install was easy but now that I'm trying to download Illustrator using the CC desktop- the App menu is white with a pinwheel in the center.
Which "standard" rate will I pay after 1 year, as a student, for the CC complete?
I'm a college student, so I'm interested in the student discount. The terms say that after one year I will be charged the then-standard rate, saying that it's "currently 29.99", but the plans list says that that's the special offer for people who have previously purchased CS3 or higher. The regular standard price is 49.99, which is a lot more. Which one would I be paying in a year, given that I have never purchased a creative suite and technically won't have with this subscription? 30 bucks a month is hell of a lot more attractive than 50 bucks a month.
No perpetual licenses are you serious?
I just head that Adobe was planning to abandon its perpetual license in favor of an on line only rental program. At first I thought that this must be a joke. I have been using adobe products for 18 years. Primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign. I am currently an owner of CS 6 Master collection and obviously do upgrade my products and have consistently done so over the years. I am not connected to the internet full time and in fact my work computer is never directly connected to the internet. So how does this work? Is adobe now forcing me to connect to the internet - it seems that this is the case.
In regards to upgrade cycles, I dont want to rent my software and be tied to a rental agreement. I want to upgrade when I choose, not rent my software like some kind of loaner program!
I want to purchase the software then not worry about it. For instance when I travel, I dont want to be bogged down with downloads and upgrades chewing up my bandwidth. I have traveled to many places where internet access is very limited. Downloading from a wireless card in China is painful, I dont want to be bogged down with no software or large megabyte downloads costing me a fortune on the other side of the planet.
Adobe I know that I am just one person and you will probably not listen to me but did someone ask? No one asked me about this. How simple could this be - I want to buy the software then use it when I want where I want, is this too much to ask?
Please let me continue to use this software in the way that I have used it for so long. If others wish to have the creative cloud then great! More power to them, don't alienate your other users. Please provide both alternatives.

My install of Adobe Creative Cloud is significantly slowing down internet.
I recently did an entire wipe of my computer to start clean because I was having severe issues with the internet (typing delay and video playback). I was very careful as I reinstalled anything to make sure that it wasn't the item causing any issues. Things seemed to be fine until I installed Adobe Acrobat Professional via Creative Cloud and then all heck broke loose on my computer yet again. Things were extremely slow updating when typing and causing major issues and video playback was horrible. I haven't been able to update or get into the Creative Cloud app. However, when I quit the app from my toolbar (macintosh) I was able to get my computer to work normally again.
Please advise on how to solve this problem. It is causing severe delays in my work as a graphic artist.

impossible installation of free trial using creative cloud
What is wrong with your customer service? It seems to be completely absent. A week ago I sent a message explaining the impossibility of using creative cloud to set up a trial of photoshop. I received your automatic response that my complaint had been received and that I would be contacted ASAP. It is now a week later. How long do I have to wait? Do not repeat the website's advice about how to fix the problem that Creative Cloud signs you out as soon as you sign in. The advice does not work. Would it be more honest to say that you don't want anyone to have a free trial of your products before they purchase them?
